Clean the product with the soft cloth from the box. Do not use detergents. Do not put the device under running water. Sempasi Virgo is not waterproof.

How to use
Sempasi Virgo

Virgo Pro is always used on previously cleansed skin and together with a care product (serum or cream, suitable for your skin type);

Turn on the device by pressing the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds;

Select the desired program: cold (blue LED light) or warm (red LED light) by briefly pressing the on/off button;

Touch the skin with the inner spring (metal part) to start the care routine and relax the muscles;

Massage the skin from the inside out, from the chin to the forehead;

Every 60 seconds, you will hear a short beep to change the massage area;

The recommended time of use is 5-10 minutes per session, and the device can be used up to 2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening;

If the device is not in use, it will automatically shut down after 2 minutes, for safety reasons and to protect the environment.

The device is charged using the USB cable.

A full charge takes about 2 hours and allows up to 15-20 days of use for an average use of 5 minutes per day.

In warm massage mode, a full charge allows up to 30 minutes of use.

In cold massage mode, a full charge allows up to 10 hours of use.

The red light flashes when the battery is low.

The blue light flashes while charging.

The blue light stays on when the battery is fully charged.

1. Sempasi Virgo is a smart device: it vibrates only when it comes into contact with the skin and at the same time you hold your finger on the smart sensor (the metal part around the LED, located on the opposite side of the power button/ off).

2. The device turned on in warm mode will gradually heat up after the first 30-60 seconds of continuous contact of the device with the skin.

3. The massage program with heat function makes Virgo reach the temperature of 40-45 degrees Celsius. The device heats up only on the inner metal spring (concave side).

4. If the device is not used, it will automatically shut down after 2 minutes, for safety reasons and to protect the environment.

5. The device has a program memory function when it is turned on, it will automatically enter the mode you chose last time.

6. The product can be used on the face, neck and hands area.

7. Stop using the device if you feel discomfort, irritation or pain.

8. The device is not waterproof. Avoid contact with water.

9. Put the product in a dry and ventilated place, avoid direct exposure to the sun and make sure there are no corrosive chemicals.

10. The material for cleaning the device can be soft, made of cotton.

11. Use a moderate amount of skin care product as it can seep into the device and damage it. After each use, it is recommended to clean the device with a clean, soft material.

12. After a long period of time, the product needs 15 minutes of reactivation, to reach optimal operation.
