Runes are the letters in a set of related alphabets known as runic alphabets. Elder Futhark is the oldest form of the runic alphabet which has 24 Runes, and over the next few centuries became widely used amongst the many Germanic tribes that vied for survival throughout Europe. In popular culture, Runes have always been seen as possessing mystical properties. This Chunky Ring features a dragon knotwork detailing around the band and a Runic Alphabet at the front face.
This Ring is handmade in Asgard's workshop in Scotland and is cast in lead-free Pewter.
Pewter is a malleable metal alloy that is composed mostly of tin and is often used in jewelry because of its strength and durability.
